Steve brings an exceptional depth of expertise in land acquisition and development, offering valuable strategic insight to our business. His career has progressed from a technical role within a social housing contractor to Managing Director of a regional housebuilder, reflecting both operational and leadership capability. He has overseen diverse land portfolios ranging from three acres to schemes exceeding 100 acres. Following a decade in the land and new homes division of a regional estate agency, he joined Seaward Homes in 2011, managing a nationwide strategic land portfolio of over 3,000 units. After 12 years leading Seaward Properties, Steve returned to grassroots joining White & Brooks in January 2026.
