We’re delighted to announce that our team continues to grow, with four new appointments at White & Brooks.

Mike Marsh joins our New Home Sales department and brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the property sector; gained most recently with Imperial Homes but Mike has also enjoyed a long-standing career in independent estate agency across Hampshire.

He will be based at our Chichester branch and will use his extensive knowledge in the new build sector to support both developers in the marketing of homes and buyers throughout their sales journey.

Mike commented: “I am excited to be joining White & Brooks - a well-respected brand who always puts its customers’ interests first. There are so many opportunities in the new homes market at the moment, and I’m looking forward to capitalising on these whilst ensuring buyers and business partners get the best level of service.”

Also joining our Chichester team is the duo of Conor Kinmouth-Murphy and Sarah Lee. Conor has enjoyed a 12-year career in sales and customer service, specialising in estate agency since 2018 – an aspect aided by his passion for architecture.

Sarah joins us as the Chichester Office Manager. With over 10 year of experience in estate agency, Sarah has already improved the efficiency of the agency’s administrative procedures, which all our clients will benefit from.

Over at our Bognor Regis branch, Sarah Priestley will be assisting both sellers and buyers as a Sales Progressor. A former accounts clerk and office manager, Sarah has enviable organisation and time-management skills, which are complemented by her passion for customer communication. Combined, this experience makes her well-placed to guide our customers through what can often be a challenging process, with Sarah dedicated to ensuring purchases and sales run as smoothly as possible.

Sarah said: “Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed the customer service aspect the most and helping people to achieve their goals. Buying and selling a property can be a stressful time, particularly when many things are outside of your control, so I want to support people throughout their transaction, giving them the help and information they need at all times.”

Our four new appointments take the team at White & Brooks to 18. Managing Director, Peter Fullegar, said: “It’s fantastic to have our new starters on board. They each have experience and skill-sets that match the demands of estate agency, and I am confident they will have a positive impact on the business as a whole.”

“The New Homes department is a particular focus for us at the moment, with many great developments in the planning, being built or marketing new homes for sale. Equally important is the continued commitment to providing excellent customer service and transparency throughout the home moving process.”
